The Von AI LLC provides AI receptionist services, including voice and SMS communication tools, appointment scheduling assistance, and business automation features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
3. SMS Terms
If you opt in to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from us. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies (averages 2-4 messages per demo or appointment plus occasional promotional offers). You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to send unsolicited messages, to violate any applicable law or regulation, or to infringe the rights of any party. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for any violation of these terms.
5. AI-Generated Content
Our services use artificial intelligence to generate responses, transcribe calls, and assist with communications. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Von AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
